Sunny

Sunny’s journey to her forever home got off to a stormy start. Surrendered after complications from giving birth, Sunny initially spent her time hiding, hesitant to engage with her new surroundings. However, with time and patience, the storm cleared and made way for brighter days. 

Five weeks later, Sunny blossomed into an affectionate and responsive kitty, fully embracing her new life of leisure. Her owner observed with delight as she basked in the morning sun on her favorite bedroom bench and later claimed her evening spot on top of the living room couch. 

From her vigilant watch of the neighborhood birds to her love of belly rubs, Sunny’s personality now shines brightly.

Her presence has brought warmth and companionship to her new home, with Sunny greeting her mom upon her return home and offering comforting warmth at the foot of the bed. She just loves to nuzzle her head against her mom’s as they relax. 

Sunny is now comfortable in her household, filling a void left by the loss of a beloved companion of 21 years.

“She has made my home and life complete,” her owner expressed. “After losing my Marble, my companion of 21 years, I never thought I could give my heart again to another kitty. Sunny has turned that around; she is the center and joy of my life, making “me smile again!”
